 With due respect, I Sri (Name of HM), HM of (Name of School) under the School Education Department of West Bengal Government do hereby state that Sri/Smt ……. S/H/O……… ,is an in-service teacher posted at (Name of School), was a DElEd Trainee under NIOS during the session 2017-19, having Enrollment Number .............. 

As a trainee he/she has cleared all the subjects successfully but did not get the Marksheet and Certificate due to having less than 50% marks in the HS Examination. 

(According to the rule of W B Govt he did not upgrade HS marks as he have Graduation 

degree.)

I therefore, request you to take necessary action to solve his/her NC problem and thus obliged.
