THE NEW EDUCATION POLICY RULE 2020

UNION CABINET HAS APPROVED THE NEW EDUCATION POLICY RULE 2020.
Education Policy has been changed after 34 years. The remarkable things about the New Education Policy 2020 are as follows:


5-YEARS FUNDAMENTALS
 
1. Nursery at 4 Years Old.

2. Junior KG at 5 Years Old.

3. Senior KG at 6 Years Old.

4. Class 1 at 7 Years Old.

5. Class 2 at 8 Years Old.


3-YEARS PREPARATORY

6. Class 3 at 9 Years Old.

7. Class 4 at 10 Years Old.

8. Class 5 at 11 Years Old.



3-YEARS MIDDLE

9. Class 6 at 12 Years Old.

10. Class 7 at 13 Years Old.

11. Class 8 at 14 Years Old.



4-YEARS SECONDARY

12. Class 9 at 15 Years Old.

13. Class 10 at 16 Years Old.

14. Class 11 at 17 Years Old.

15. Class 12 at 18 Years Old.



IMPORTANT THINGS:


There will be Board Exam in Class 12 only


4 Years of College Degree.

No more Class 10 Board Exam.

M.Phil Degree will also be closed.

For Institutes like JNU, 45 to 50 years old students staying there for many years and pursuing M.Phil. All these debauched leftist ideologues will now be removed from the Institute.

Now students up to Class 5 will be taught in Mother Tongue, Local Language and National Language only. The rest of the subjects, even if they are English, will be taught as a subject.

Students have to take Board Exams in Class 12 only.

Whereas earlier, it was mandatory to take Board Exams in Class 10, which will not happen now.

Examination will be done in the Semester form from Class 9 to 12 standard.

Schooling will be done under the 5 + 3 + 3 + 4 formula. (see table above).


College Degree will be of 3 and 4 years course.

Certificate will be given on the First year of Graduation, Diploma on the Second year, Degree in the Third year.


3 Years Degree is for those students who do not have to take Higher Education. At the same time, students doing Higher Education will have to pursue 4 Years Degree.


Students pursuing 4 Years Degree will be able to do Master's Degree in One Year.


Now, students will not have to pursue M.Phil. Rather MA students will now be able to pursue P.hD directly.

Students will be able to do other courses in between.


Gross enrollment ratio will be 50 percent by 2035 in Higher Education. At the same time, under the new Education Policy Rule 2020, if a student wants to pursue another course in the middle of a course, then, he/she can take a second course by taking a break for a limited time from the first course.


Many reforms have also been made in the Higher Education. Improvements include graded academic, administrative and financial autonomy etc.


Apart from this, e-courses will be started in Regional Languages. Virtual Laboratory will be developed. A National Educational Scientific Forum (NESF) will be started. There are approximately 45 Thousand Colleges in the Country.


Uniform RULES will be applicable for all Government, Private, Deemed Institutions.


According to this New Education Policy Rule 2020, New Academic session can be started and all students and parents need to carefully read this message. 🙏
